Role Accountabilities*
- Create and maintain the Project Plan and budget for all projects during build and run phase, ensuring that project(s) are delivered and managed successfully
- Work throughout the lifecycle of the project, from Discovery, through the Build and through to successful launch with the guidance of the Project Portfolio Manager.
- Work closely with the Product Owner/Business Analyst to maintain a project backlog, according to client needs (If no Product Owner is assigned on the project, then this becomes the responsibility of the Project Manager)
- Gather client requirements and manage relationship from a project perspective
- Act as day to day client point of contact, facilitating the resolution of problems, in collaboration with project technical leadership, for example the Lead Engineer
- Carefully manage projects and in collaboration with PMO and Account Managers, control the capacity within the constraints of the budget. Always ensuring that PMO is aligned with the capacity needs.
- Support the PMO Team for monthly consumption reporting. In case of overconsumption, work with PMO to ensure that this managed and mitigated where possible.
- Communicate day-to-day in a timely way with all project stakeholders (client, third parties and internal)
- Attend (sometimes chair) project meetings, ensuring necessary preparation is in place beforehand
- Liaise with third party suppliers in the delivery of the project
- Awareness and understanding of project related legal and contractual matters
- Manage debrief and reporting processes including Flash Reporting, Risk Radiators and project bi-weekly reviews and produce regular project reports internally and externally
- Ensure that key Project Artefacts (RACI Matrix, RAID Log, CR Log, Comms Plans) are in place on your projects.
- Ensure that Monthly Service Reviews are in place on your project. Presenting in parts and following the Account Manager and Project Portfolio Manager’s lead.
- Ensure all operations involved with the projects are delivered to the highest possible standards in collaboration with the live operations team
- Look to potential P2 sales opportunities on managed projects, ensuring timely communication of opportunities with the relevant Commercial representative in order to realise opportunity
- Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, devising and implement effective mitigation, and ensuring internal escalation when necessary
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the Division, through discussion, contribution in meetings, and proactively taking opportunities to share knowledge with colleagues
- Proactively take opportunities to develop your skillset and knowledge
- Domestic and overseas travel will be required from time to time.

You are likely to have more than two years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an Agile working environment
- You have good knowledge and understanding of broadcast graphics, digital media, including web technologies, online streaming and mobile apps
- You have strong business acumen, backed up by a good technical understanding
- You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, both project-related and during the sales process
- If you are interested in sport, that’s great but not essential, unless you’re working in our broadcast graphics pillar
- It is likely that you have relevant work experience in the broadcast graphics, digital media or B
