Manage third-party risk assessments, including security and privacy reviews, contractual requirements, and ongoing monitoring - Keep updated on current and emerging trends, threats, tools and methodologies across all three domains (Information Security, Privacy and Cybersecurity) - Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability (the CIA triad) of information- **What you'll need to have**- Good expertise in Cybersecurity controls and industry best practices- Good knowledge of potential information risks for the country organisation, its colleagues, customers and suppliers and how to mitigate these risks - Good knowledge of the security by design concept - Good knowledge of and experience with the risk management process, performing risk assessments and be able to advise and support mitigating actions - Familiarity with digital systems, network architecture is a plus, and related security measures Overview of IT solutions and working routines in relation to information security aspects of the systems - Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in Information Security, Privacy and Cybersecurity in a clear and relatable way to a broad audience, including coworkers and business stakeholders. This includes translating technical language into business-relevant insights and fostering understanding across non-technical teams - Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Italian language- **About this work area**- To act as a local business partner supporting transversal capabilities in Information Security, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity, while working seamlessly within the global IKEA digital organization.
