Cloud services require more and more complex and customized governance models where highly specialized and senior leadership roles, aimed to drive and support Customers throughout their Cloud transformation journey from Presales, Think, Audit, Design, Build, Delivery, Migration, Transformation & Optimization, becomes critical.
Furthermore an increasing and specialized focus on security aspects of the Cloud Solutions is also becoming critical for our Customers and it is requested in all major Cloud contracts.
The role of Chief Technical Officer and Security officer (CTO/CSO) is aimed to cover a leadership position inside Orange Cloud for Business to run and support Customers’ dedicated governance models and to execute and deliver on complex and large contracts which foresee different type of services and a high number of technical and security driven activities thorough all its lifecycle.
Since Cloud and security may be a very complex combo to be managed, due to the technology, the architecture, the way to manage, the compliancy, the customer usage and expectations, the OCB CTO/CSO shall have also a solid security expert background to be able to cope with complex and diverse Security and Cloud architectures and technologies when managing his relationship with our Customers.
This covers the following main responsibilities:
- reports to the head of OCB Customer Service Support for Europe & APAC
- works in strict cooperation with the OCB contract business manager in charge of the Customer where he is engaged.
- Is accountable for overall architecture and end to end solution management of the Customer’s Cloud services footprint
- works in cooperation with presales teams to validate solution proposals and lead the relevant Customer technical teams, being empowered toward the internal organization to drive solution design and to validate, with the rest of OCB Subject Matter Experts, any not standard or customized solutions required inside his Customers’ portfolio
- supports and drives security and business consultancy to support OCB business growth and contracts evolution for the accounts on which he is engaged and allocated
- supports and coordinate the OCB technical teams during all contract lifecycle in case of complex solution design and roll-out and depending on the specific contract and governance needs
- act as the security expert of Orange cloud offer supervising all the security projects of the Customer contract portfolio.
- Work as business security officer for some international customers in the region where he works for.
**about you**:
- Fluent communication in English
- Experience on design and management of complex technical Cloud Architectures (converged and hyper converged)
- Excellent skills on Cloud technologies (Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Management Platforms, Cloud APIs), with knowledge of different Cloud technologies (Dell, vMware, Cisco,NetApp)
- Professional accreditation in one of the following Cloud certifications (vMware VCPP, vMware NSX, Google Professional, AWS Professional or equivalent) is required.
- Security audits, GDPR, ISO27K and other security governance best practices
- Professional accreditation in one of the following security certifications (CISSP,CISA, ISO27k Lead Auditor or equivalent) is required.
- Networking and complex solution design and engineering skills
- Professional accreditation in one of the following networking certifications (Cisco CCNP, Cisco CCDP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of information security architectures, solutions, and industry standards & best practices ( Security Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect)
- Good understanding of engineering methods and frameworks.
- Strong background of IT and networking architectures and technologies.
- Good team spirit, customer orientated, and have experience of working within an international context
- Good understanding of ITIL framework.

- acts as Data Protection Officer for GDPR and manages the relationship with customer in case of security incident and any matter inside Customer’s contract ISMS perimeter
- supports on demand security activities : Penetration test, Security Certification or Accreditation
- supervise security KPIs (as vulnerabilities management, access reviews, security incidents reports etc.) and suggests/follows security improvement actions plan
