The **Innovation School** is an impact-driven Education ecosystem where explorers and innovators expand their knowledge and join our community.

Our marvelous, international and human-centered team is looking for a sharp, passionate, and entrepreneurial person to join us.

We are seeking a **Career Advisor** to accompany the students (mostly) of our Design master towards their first job in the digital world.

Working in Talent Garden Innovation School, you will be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a remote team across different locations in Europe.

**In this role, you will**:

- Prepare and deliver workshops about Career Growth and Career tools (Linkedin, CV, Cover letter, interview,);
- Deliver individual mentorships to support the students in finding an internship after the master;
- Engage companies and create recruiting events;
- Participate in the delivery of the full master process (online and onsite) together with the Learning Manager;
- Manage job scouting activities;

**You recognise yourself as**:

- 1-3 years of experience in delivering career counseling/development activities;
- You have been working in a recruiting agency (as career counselor) or in a school/university;
- Multitasker and problem solver, able to face new challenges and bring your own vision on what you are doing;
- Passionate about education field;
- Passionate about innovation ecosystem & the design sector;
- Autonomous and proactive professional with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Italian and English speaker. You can live everywhere but you have to reach easily Milan for the delivery of the activities.
