**Massello**, azienda leader nella produzione di Arredamento per il settore nautico appartenente al Gruppo Ferretti, ricerca **On Board Supervisor**

**Responsabilità**:

- Presidia quotidianamente il cantiere coadiuvando il responsabile della ditta installatrice di bordo;
- E’ preposto per la sicurezza in cantiere secondo quanto previsto dal DLGS 81 in assenza del capo del responsabile di bordo;
- Coordina i fornitori rispetto alle esigenze tecnico costruttive del cantiere;
- Collabora al miglioramento dello sviluppo delle informazioni necessarie per guidare eventuali scelte di carattere tecnico;
- Controlla e rende esecutiva la pianificazione del ciclo operativo verificando anticipatamente la disponibilità dei materiali e della quantità di maestranze necessarie;
- Esegue la puntuale rilevazione delle presenze giornaliere e verifica periodicamente gli stati di avanzamento delle installazioni;
- Coordina le fasi di invio dei materiali congiuntamente ai responsabili di bordo ed al PM;
- Partecipa agli incontri periodici di allineamento con il cantiere e le ditte terze;
- Partecipa alle riunioni di commessa interne con PM, responsabile produzione, responsabile tecnico;
- Coadiuva la gestione della procedura di consegna nave;
**Requisiti**:

- Diploma tecnico; Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Navale/Meccanica o comprovata esperienza in tale settore
- La conoscenza di applicativi, quali Word, Excel, Acess, Power Point, Outlook, Project e Autocad
- Conoscenze Tecniche ed un approccio flessibile alle esigenze di bordo
- Forte propensione al lavoro di gruppo e di collaborazione
- Capacità nel sostenere carichi di lavoro elevati in fase di consegna e di governare situazioni di stress emotivo e lavorativo
- Capacità relazionali multilivello
