Tax Risk Manager

**Informazioni**: Il Tax Risk Manager è responsabile dell’identificazione, valutazione e gestione dei rischi fiscali dell’azienda, garantendo la conformità alle normative locali e internazionali e supportando la strategia fiscale aziendale. Collaborerai con i team interni e consulenti esterni per assicurare un approccio proattivo e integrato alla gestione del rischio fiscale. Il ruolo è strategico per rafforzare la governance fiscale e contribuire alla sostenibilità del business.

**Aree di responsabilità**:

- Monitorare e valutare i rischi fiscali in tutte le giurisdizioni in cui opera l’azienda.
- Sviluppare e implementare politiche e procedure di gestione del rischio fiscale.
- Collaborare con il team legale, finance e compliance per garantire l’allineamento normativo.
- Supportare audit fiscali e gestire le relazioni con le autorità fiscali.
- Coordinare la valutazione di impatti fiscali su operazioni straordinarie (M&A, ecc.).
- Mantenere aggiornamenti costanti sulle normative fiscali e proporre azioni correttive.
- Redigere report periodici sul profilo di rischio fiscale e presentazioni per il management.
- Supportare la redazione di documenti e reportistica relativa al controllo dei rischi.
- Implementare il monitoraggio dei rischi (verifiche, controlli periodici).

**Esperienze lavorative**:
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito fiscale, preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali o società di consulenza.

**Requisiti tecnici**:

- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative fiscali italiane e internazionali.
- Esperienza nella gestione di audit e contenziosi fiscali.
- Ottime capacità analitiche, comunicative e di problem solving.
- Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato).

- Proattività, curiosità e problem solving.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team.

**Requisiti preferenziali**
- Esperienza con strumenti di tax risk assessment e software di compliance.
- Conoscenza di principi ESG applicati alla fiscalità.
- Certificazioni professionali (es. Master in Diritto Tributario, CTP, ecc.).
