**THE POSITION**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an Engagement & Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to engaging visitors in our Digital Workplace booths, handling internal social media activities, hosting online learning sessions, providing onsite trainings on end-user technology, among other things. In this exciting and challenging role you will report to the Local IT Manager and you will be collaborating with both the local and global teams.

**STAFF LEASING CONTRACT**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Digital Workplace events:

- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and use cases to generate interest and promote the brand Engage with visitors, explain products/services, and answer their questions, representing Digital Workplace on onsite events

Onsite Training:

- Conduct onsite training sessions on end-user technology, including but not limited to Office Suite, collaboration tools and video conference
- Collaborate with our Learning team to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants Provide hands-on guidance to ensure participants' understanding and proficiency

Online Learning Session:

- Coordinate the session with the Subject Matter Experts and Learning team
- Utilize multimedia tools and interactive techniques to engaging online learning sessions on various end user technology topics Monitor participant engagement, address questions, and provide support during the sessions

Internal social media:

- Monitor social media platforms for employee engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online community Create engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content related to technology updates, training resources, and Digital Workplace events

Leading the IOT (Internet of Things) Community by:

- Running and organizing the regular stuff like weekly Community sessions, sharepoint site, yammer, etc.
- Organizing Events and sessions like Experience IT day, local sessions from various Digital groups and initiatives
- Represent us in the brought alliance of communities and keep relationships
- Develop the IoT Community to the next level
- Keep the IoT community with the IoT Product Team connected

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Experiences in web design, communication sciences, video
- and image editing, graphic
- and process design
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for hosting online learning sessions and onsite trainings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, French would be considered a plus
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging visitors in Digital Workplace Events
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm to learn new things, analytical skills and customer focus
