We are looking for a Director Real Estate Expansion (M/F/d) with a focus on hospitality for our newly built team in Italy.

**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- You are the first hire for the Italian market and hence, kick-start limehome's expansion into its next country.
- You source, analyse, negotiate and conclude new hospitality real estate contracts for Italy including cold calling.
- You define the content and the processes in your own area and implement them successfully in order to achieve ambitious goals with your team.
- You contribute to establishing the expansion strategy for Italy and execute it. In the mid-term, you build your own team and lead our expansion in Italy.

**What you need to shoot for the stars:
- You have successfully completed your commercial university degree, ideally with a focus on business administration plus real estate background, or a comparable qualification, e.g a Master’s degree in Real Estate.
- You have 7-10 years of relevant, professional **experience in the field of **real estate expansion in the** **hospitality sector**. Through your experience and success in recent years, you can demonstrate an outstandingly strong network in the commercial hotel real estate market or other operator models in Italy as well as a proven track record of achieving growth goals.
- You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English and are dynamic and motivated enough to challenge the status quo in order to develop the processes in a PropTech start-up.
- You want to build your own team and the processes in a PropTech Hospitality startup and are an outstanding communicator who opens doors that always remain closed to others.
- We get to know you as an open, committed personality who combines personal responsibility and creativity with an analytical and conceptual way of thinking and working.
