Our site in Latina is a competence center for sterile production and antibiotics. Your key responsibilities - Lead Strategic Site Projects: Manage and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring they align with Aenova's standards, compliance policies, and best practices. Work across MS&T, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive success. - Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with corporate functions and external stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with broader organizational objectives. - Governance & Reporting: Implement strong governance frameworks, including project charters, risk assessments, and KPIs. Provide structured reports to site leadership, Cluster Italy Program Manager, and corporate teams. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU standards, as well as internal quality protocols. **Profile**: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting. - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors (preferred). - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. - Proven success in managing complex, interdepartmental projects in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and project management tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. - Change management experience and a track record of fostering innovation in compliance-driven environments.
