Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-Day Trade Support: Dive into the exciting realm of trade marketing, assisting in daily activities and budget management for various brands
- Brand Activation: Bring your innovative ideas to life by contributing to the development of brand activation plans. Prepare engaging presentations and reports to support and present to our Sales and Marketing Teams
- Development of Trade Materials: Participate in graphics development and implementation of trade marketing materials, ensuring perfect execution and testing it with consumers.
- Project Management: Oversee and contribute to ad-hoc activities and projects, showcasing your organizational skills and adaptability.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by providing support and maintaining weekly alignment with the Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the IH sector, utilizing both internal and external data. Evaluate in-store promotions, summarize the outcomes of sell-in and sell-out activities, and scout for new opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Desired Profile /

**Required Skills**:

- Educational Background: A degree in economics/business, communication/marketing. However, also other fields of study will be evaluated.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Language Proficiency: Good command of the Italian and English language is a must
- Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and prioritization skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently
- Interpersonal Prowess: Display outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a strong focus on achieving results, coupled with curiosity and proactive problem-solving.
