Come **AI Solutions Lead**, sarai il principale referente tecnico e strategico per la definizione, lo sviluppo e l’evoluzione delle nostre soluzioni di **AI generativa e agenti AI**.
- Avrai la responsabilità di guidare l’**intero ciclo di vita delle soluzioni AI**, dalla definizione dei requisiti alla messa in produzione, assicurando che ogni progetto sia scalabile, performante e allineato agli obiettivi di business. Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il Product Manager, il Conversational Experience Manager e il CTO per garantire qualità, innovazione e coerenza técnica in ogni progetto.

- Cosa farai:

- **Progettazione e architettura**: definire architetture AI e agent-based per rispondere a reali esigenze di business, selezionando piattaforme, framework e modelli LLM più adatti.
- ** Guida técnica e supervisione**: coordinare e fornire mentorship ad AI Solutions Designer, supervisionando l’implementazione e garantendo la qualità técnica delle soluzioni.
- ** Strategia e roadmap AI**: lavorare con il **Product Manager** e il **CTO** per definire e aggiornare la roadmap AI in linea con le priorità di prodotto.
- ** Innovazione e best practice**: monitorare trend tecnologici, introdurre metodologie e standard di sviluppo AI, promuovere AI Ethics e compliance.
- Cosa ci aspettiamo da te:

- Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni di IA e nella realizzazione di progetti di IA con un impatto misurabile sul business.
- Competenza in Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Flowise, n8n o equivalenti).
- Conoscenza di LLM, API integration, pipeline AI e MLOps di base.
- Ottima conoscenza di etica, privacy e regolamentazioni relative all’uso dell’AI.
- Soft skill:

- Leadership
- Comunicazione efficace con stakeholder tecnici e di business.
- Problem solving
- Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e contesti in rapida evoluzione.
