3+ years of experience within similar role in the public or private security industry.
3+ years of continuous use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word.
3+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction.
Experience in security incident management.
Ability to integrate into an international work environment with a willingness to travel on company business.
Ability to be on-call to support out-of-hours emergency activities at nights and weekends, remotely and on-site.
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license. This position requires driving a personal vehicle between company locations.

For our data centers in the Milan area we are looking for Data Center Security Manager to manage our physical security operations.
With the support of the Cluster Security Manager, the Data Center Security Manager maintains the physical security posture of his assigned sites.
Key job responsibilities
Respond to Security situations as they arise, reporting them to Cluster Security Manager.
Provide guidance and directions to the contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department, based upon existing Physical Security Standards and SOP’s.
Oversee access control systems and badge management.
Investigate security events, with the use of the access control and CCTV.
Cooperate and coordinate with the Security operation Center during security incidents or any other security related matter.
Create and constantly improve procedures, processes and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas of improvement.
Develop specific knowledge of the various operational processes within the Data Center to identify security vulnerabilities.
Perform various security inspections, audits and investigations as required and as instructed.
Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems.
Experience in managing vendors.
Experience in investigation techniques.
Security Industry Qualifications/Certifications.
