Even after 50 years, our fast-growing Belgian company continues to innovate, both in terms of what we produce and in the way we market and sell. The Orac Decor family operates in more than 90 countries around the world and employs over 400 people.

**This is why we need you**:
Your mission as an account manager at Orac Decor, should you choose to accept it, is to generate our business goals’ sales figures. How? By using your experience in sales, acquiring exciting projects, and sealing deals with stakeholders (think: wholesalers, distributors, architects, and more). With your people skills and expertise, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and propelling ORAC Decor to the forefront of Italy's design scene.

Picture your weekly routine: 4-5 days per week you'll be on the road, engaging with potential clients. Around 80% of your time will be dedicated to fieldwork and meeting client, where you'll build powerful relationships and unlock business possibilities. Let's not forget the remaining 20% of your time allocated to desk-oriented activities, ensuring everything keeps turning smoothly behind the scenes.
