**Sustainability Assistant**
The Sustainability assistant works within the _LVRSustainable_ team and has a role which covers a variety of activities and responsibilities.
Given the team’s primary goal, the assistant will be expected to carry out thorough research on sustainability guidelines in general, and in particular, the backgrounds and sustainability stances of the brands we work with and may potentially work with in the future. The role also entails following up on workflow regarding sustainability initiatives such as ESG activities, the reduction of CO² and other related projects as well as administrative duties and back office activities. Weekly reports on traffic and weekly sales and product performance reports will be analyzed using Google Analytics and Tableau.
Regarding product sales and the arrival of new items, the assistant will create and maintain reports and Excel spreadsheets to manage and track workflow. Within company back-offices, the assistant will control and supervise the sustainability tagging process for brands and items which fall into the Sustainable category.

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Background/Degree in economics, marketing, digital experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Data analyst knowledge, hands-on experience of at least one Analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics...) and/or BI tool (tableau, Power BI...) is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability certificates (ESG, GHG reducing CO2 path)
- Communication, strong time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Passion for sustainable fashion and team player personality
