Callnovo is currently seeking a Bilingual Italian-English Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will support our solar energy product line and is a remote, home-based opportunity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Italian and English-speaking customers
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order placement
- Work closely with our technical team to resolve customer issues
**Qualifications**:
- Near-native level of fluency in Italian
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
- A background in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- At least one year of experience in the solar energy industry or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working remotely and have a reliable internet connection
