What we offer:
The resource will be part of the team Legal & Corporate Affairs of the cross
- brand italian organization _Kion Industrial Trucks Solutions EMEA ITALY _(Kion Group).

KION ITS EMEA is an operating unit of the KION GROUP AG, consisting of the three strong and successful brands Linde Material Handling, STILL and Baoli. Their products are industry leading industrial trucks, intralogistics systems and solutions.

Tasks and Qualifications:
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

- Implement and maintain Group’s data privacy policies
- Identify and document the company’s data processing activities
- Maintain records of processing operations
- Monitor data management procedures and be proactive in promoting any necessary step to strengthen and ensure compliance
- Keep company privacy documentation up-to-date
- Perform audits and determine whether the company needs to adjust procedures to comply with regulations; ensure that findings from the audits are reported and acted upon- Provide advice and instructions, offer consultancy
- Partner with all key business areas to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects- Handle enquiries and issues relating to data privacy practices and related rights
- Liaise with other organizations that process data on behalf of the company
- Arrange for local internal training on GDPR for employees
- Follow up with changes in law

SKILLS:

- In-depth knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. UE 679/2016) and local (Italian) data protection laws
- Law Degree is advised
- A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of meaningful related experience in data protection and legal compliance
- Capable of conducting data privacy compliance reviews and audits
- Have the ability to develop awareness
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills at all levels, incl. into national and international project groups, ability to liaise with people across the business
- Focused in fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload
- Able to work well in both a team and individually
- Strong knowledge of English
