Netith, azienda leader nel campo della Digital & Customer Experience, è alla ricerca del futuro **Sales Manager in ambito Contact Center/BPO** che, in linea con la strategia aziendale, assicuri la crescita organica attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti o, insieme agli account manager, la crescita di business degli attuali Clienti di Netith. Sarà inoltre il responsabile ed il coordinatore delle gare a cui Netith parteciperà sia in ambito pubblico che privato.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- È responsabile delle vendite rispetto ai mercati di riferimento
- Definisce il sales plan in accordo con la strategia ed il budget aziendale
- Collabora con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali (account manager ed operations) per garantire che le aspettative dei nuovi Clienti acquisiti vengano soddisfatte o superate.
**Requisiti, conoscenze e competenze richieste**:
- Laurea magistrale
- Esperienza sul ruolo (Sales manager in ambito Contact Center/BPO) almeno triennale preferibilmente in aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni
- Ampio porafoglio Clienti e forte conoscenza del mercato dei servizi di Contact Center/BPO nei vari verticals
- Competenze di gestione contrattuale e finanziaria
- Capacità di utilizzo avanzato del pacchetto Microsoft Office e di tools di pianificazione, ecc.
- Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali, efficacia nella gestione delle riunioni e nelle presentazioni
- Capacità di organizzazione, pianificazione e coordinamento - orientamento al processo
- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo, leadership, motivazione al lavoro per obiettivi - orientamento ai risultati
- Autonomia, intraprendenza e pro-attività
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)

- Contratto a tempo indeterminato (inquadramento, retribuzione e piano incentivante saranno commisurati alla seniority e alle effettive capacità)

La sede di lavoro è Paternò (Catania). Per i residenti fuori dalla provincia di Catania si offre la possibilità di lavorare fuori sede garantendo la presenza in azienda quando richiesta.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
