**Risk Management Department a**t Customer Solutions Italy is looking for a/an:
**Credit & Enterprise Risk Analyst (M/F)**

The Credit & Enterprise Risk Analyst will be responsible for performing all related activities and processes within Customer Solutions Italy, under the supervision of the Risk Management manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Control and monitor Credit risk associated to the customer portfolio;
- Evaluate customers credit affordability (credit checks) and provide feedback to the Sales dept.;
- Monitoring and management of guarantees received
- Prepare standard reporting and analysis data (KPI, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and ad-hoc reporting of credit risk;
- Support C&E Risk Manager in the Enterprise risk reporting, collecting feedback from the business functions and ensuring the solidity of the underlying evaluation models;
- Support C&E Risk Analyst in the reporting for the Group, especially the respect of risk limits and thresholds.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, statistics, or similar;
- Good understanding of income statement and balance sheet and main financial ratios;
- Good knowledge of the entire credit chain (from customer acquisition to disconnection);
- Comprehensive work experience in a similar role (2-3 years), with relevant exposure to the energy sector and deep understanding of appropriate metrics used in Credit and Enterprise risk management is a plus with also basic experience of other areas (in particular Sales and Credit dept);
- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals;
- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines;
- Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Access; reporting (e.g. Power BI, credit risk tools) and programming (Phyton, R ) is a plus;
- Fluency in Italian, and good English language skills, spoken and written.
