We are looking for experienced and motivated **Operations Strategy Consultant** to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands

**Responsibilities**
- Accompany international and domestic companies from various industries in the development of strategies and concepts along the entire value chain.
- Together with team, develop offers and be responsible for plotting and implementing pitches to win over existing & new clients and projects.
- As the driving force behind content issues, contribute your experience and new impulses in a targeted manner.
- Draw on experts within the **FORFIRM** network to develop effective strategies with our clients.
- Place thought leadership topics in the marketplace opens conversations with clients, such as attending conferences, publishing studies, and posting on social media.

**As an Important interface**:

- As a project manager, be responsible for managing (sub)projects and successfully managing the Consulting division teams.
- Responsible for the personal and professional development of team members, form sustainable client relationships and act as an interface between teams, clients and partners.
- Significantly in charge of the project from coordinating workflows, managing workshops, managing accounts and thus help shape the clients' success.

**What we are looking for**:
**Academic**:

- Masters / Diploma, MBA or PhD in Economics.
- Masters in Circular Economy.
- Being a university lecturer in economics is a plus.

**Professional Experiences**
- **Extensive professional experience**:
**-
**from top management consulting, well-known companies in the industry, the strategic environment of companies
OR
- Experience with start-ups in the areas of footprint / commercial network design, supply chain transformations, operational
excellence programs or portfolio optimization.

- **Manager with entrepreneurial competence**:Extensive experience in agile project management with high accountability for results and managing cross-functional teams.
- **Excellent communication style in Italian**:Successfully manage expectations towards junior teams and customers right from the start and easily put complex ideas on paper and communicate them in a target group-oriented way.
- **Strong Decision Authority**: With excellent analytical skills, quickly familiarize with new questions and clearly structure complex content. Quickly recognize what is important, make assumptions and derive the appropriate solution.
- By taking into account the next stages of the project, continuously set clear priorities for team. Despite your excellent time management, do not lose the flexibility to make quick decisions even in case of unforeseen events.

**Extra points, if you have**:

- Good overview of the value chain (planning, purchasing, manufacturing with shop floor experience, distribution) or in one of the elements deeper functional experiences.
**OR**
- Professional experience as an auditor and have participated in due diligence assignments for M&A operations.
**OR**
- Professional experience in designing European tenders and calls for tenders.
