MAW S.p.A. agenzia per il lavoro, Filiale di Pordenone cerca per azienda cliente di Porcia settore illuminazione una figura junior da inserire come CUSTOMER SERVICE. Previsto periodo iniziale di circa 6 mesi nel reparto produttivo / magazzino per conoscenza azienda e prodotto. Il ruolo definitivo in ufficio sarà quello di gestire le segnalazioni dei clienti italiani ed esteri.

Dovrà quindi tramite la conoscenza dei prodotti acquisita in produzione, in magazzino e l'opportuna formazione fare una prima analisi della segnalazione e chiuderla o con un semplice supporto tecnico o con la gestione della non conformità nei confronti del cliente interfacciandosi con le varie funzioni interne (commerciale, produzione, ufficio tecnico). Indispensabile la conoscenza della lingua inglese. Diploma tecnico in ambito elettrico o elettronico (se possibile). In possesso di Soft Skills legate alla curiosità e al problem solving.
