ATM, nel contesto di realizzazione del nuovo piano strategico, in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo del servizio e con l’obiettivo di potenziare la Direzione Strategia e Sviluppo Business, ricerca un/a Real Estate Analyst.

Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- analisi e studio del mercato immobiliare in base ai KPI aziendali;
- stesura, revisione ed implementazione di Business Plan con relativa analisi dello scenario e monitoraggio del budget;
- attività di asset management al fine di migliorare la valorizzazione dei beni immobiliari aziendali collaborando con il Responsabile Real Estate;
- redazione di report e di documentazione da presentare a stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Requisiti preferenziali:

- Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale, il possesso di un master in Real Estate sarà considerato un plus;
- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 1 o 2 anni, maturata all’interno di società di Real Estate;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office in particolare di Excel, Word e Power Point;
- proattività, flessibilità e un forte orientamento al risultato;
- ottime doti analitiche e una buona autonomia esecutiva;
- tempestività e rispetto delle scadenze prefissate;
- buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.

Costituiscono inoltre titoli preferenziali il possesso dei requisiti di cui all'art. 1 o l'appartenenza alle categorie protette di cui all'art. 18 della legge 68/99.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dal R.D. 148/1931.
