- **TECHNICAL MANAGER AND PROJECT MANAGER**_
- Pianificare, organizzare e gestire tutte le attività relative alla commessa;
- interloquire con Enti pubblici e società private che riguardano tutte le commesse
- Monitorare e assicurare il rispetto di tempi e budget di commessa;
- Predisporre il SAL e la contabilità di eventuali fornitori / negoziare gare appalto fornitori
- Stilare e garantire il rispetto del cronoprogramma lavori;
- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative in ambito di sicurezza sul lavoro;
- Supportare, rispondere e rendicontare alla Direzione lo sviluppo del costo finale, la valutazione e l’andamento della commessa.
- Diploma di Geometra e/o laurea in Architettura o Ingegneria Civile / Edile / delle Costruzioni;
- Esperienza di almeno 6/7 anni nel medesimo ruolo;
- Provenienza ed esperienza consolidata in ambito tecnico
- Ottime doti relazionali, gestione delle scadenze e attitudine al lavoro in squadra.
Scopo della ricerca è quello di trovare una persona che si occupi della pianificazione, dell’analisi dei cantieri e della gestione delle commesse per identificare le soluzioni tecniche più efficaci a garantire la fattibilità delle stesse e il rispetto dei tempi.
Completa il profilo un’ottima capacità di lavorare in team e senso organizzativo.
