Brand Designer

**Brand Designer** We are looking for a Brand and Logos designer to join our Brand team. The main responsibilities in this role are to develop Brand guidelines, logo designs, patterns, creative redesign of existing brands, creation of brand identity and brand books. We are looking for a profile with excellent skills in the field of Brand visual identity, attentive to new trends and with a creative approach in terms of proposals and graphic solutions. **Who we are** Bax Group is an international company that develops innovative services and digital projects with a dynamic and creative approach. "We are Bax", an entrepreneurial initiative shaped by a group of international experts, working in multidisciplinary teams with an all-round vision and innovative know-how. **Responsibilities** - Developing creative logo proposals - Creating brand identity - Developing pattern proposals for packaging and merchandising - Developing brand guidelines and brand books - Participating in the definition of guidelines for the communication of real brands - Interfacing with suppliers, where necessary, to manage the correct development of each project - Delivering completed work in compliance with deadlines **Qualifications** - Graphic design, degree in visual arts or related field - Strong portfolio of logo design and branding work. - Excellent graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustration and inDesign) - Excellent printing skills, with experience in logo and brand book design - Experience in producing a range of printed materials, including catalogues, magazines, large format artwork - Accuracy, thoroughness and a developed sense of responsibility - Experience in the retail, luxury or fashion industry is a plus - Previous experience working in an in-house design department or design agency - Good organizational skills and experience in managing projects/deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent knowledge of English Work Location: In person
