**The role**:

- Monitorare la compliance dei prodotti.
- Produrre reportistica e documentazione.
- Definire le priorità giornaliere e il lavoro del team.
- Provvedere alla formazione dei collaboratori.
- Gestire i problemi tecnici legati alla produzione.
- Studiare la documentazione relativa alle normative vigenti.

**Requisiti**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel settore di almeno 5 anni.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
