Un'azienda nostra cliente, specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di grandi eventi e lancio di prodotti per clienti di rilievo nazionale e internazionale, è in cerca di una/un:
**Head of operations - Events**
La persona che inseriremo sarà responsabile del coordinamento del reparto produttivo e avrà l’opportunità di essere protagonista della crescita dell’azienda.
Tra le sue principali attività ci saranno:
- coordinamento delle fasi di **progettazione**, produzione ed esecuzione degli eventi, monitorando tempi, qualità e marginalità dei progetti;
- creazione dei **team **di Project Manager responsabili del progetto (con risorse interne ed esterne), intervenendo in prima persona su progetti strategici;
- gestione del **budget**, effettuando preventivazione, review e consuntivazione finale;
- coordinamento di **fornitori qualificati**, valutando direttamente le richieste di offerte, l’analisi, la negoziazione e il coordinamento esecutivo;
- rapporto con i **clienti** dell’agenzia per aggiornamenti e monitoraggio delle attività.
La persona che cerchiamo risponde ai seguenti requisiti:
- comprovata esperienza pregressa in **agenzia eventi** con ruoli di Operation Manager e/o Senior Project Manager e cerca un ruolo di maggiore responsabilità e coordinamento;
- ottima propensione al lavoro in **team**, per obiettivi e nel rispetto del brief del progetto;
- esperienza e cultura di marketing e comunicazione;
- inglese fluente, scritto e parlato.
