Posizione **Job Purpose/Summary**: - **Learning & Development activities in Client Solutions**. - The intern will: - Support the L&D team in managing the different learning and development programs and activities, such as: - Graduate program; Talent Programs; Talent attraction and Employer Branding; Corporate Learning Activities; Performance Management processes and other - Provide full support to internal clients (People & Culture Strategic Partners) to facilitate the above-mentioned processes as well as ad hoc initiatives - Support the implementation of Learning & Development activities, ensuring alignment with P&C processes, group L&D initiatives and business needs - Contribute to events organization, collaborating with Employer Branding for all the Universities activities - Build ad-hoc analysis/reports/presentations for internal and external stakeholders (eg. Business leaders/P&C Community) Requisiti - University student attending a master’s degree. The intern has to be enrolled in the university throughout the internship period. Available for 6 months. - Knowledge of Organization processes in general and of HR processes in particular - Background in project management-based roles - MS Office package (experienced user of Power Point and Excel) - Fluent English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus - Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions, whilst delivering under pressure **Other Skills/Abilities** - "Hands-on" attitude - Comfortable working in a fluid and highly collaborative way with a strong ability to listen and adapt - Motivated, proactive, problem-solving approach with an open and flexible mind-set, able to work autonomously in a multicultural environment Esperienza Not Important Formazione University
