HIS S.P.A. ricerca, per potenziamento organico, n. 1 **Concierge | Guest Experience Specialist** per Hotel di lusso sito a Firenze centro.

La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Firenze, cuore pulsante della città, tra arte, cultura e shopping. Sarà pertanto un prodotto legato al Lifestyle, alla gastronomia, agli aperitivi, agli incontri e diventerà un punto di riferimento per fiorentini e turisti attirati dall’atmosfera accogliente e dal servizio impeccabile, incuriositi dall’originalità internazionale dei cocktails dell’area Bar & Lounge e dall’ideologia di condivisione del lusso che si presenta dietro un ristorante fine dining, con servizio e ospitalità di altissimo livello;
Il nostro ospite non sarà un cliente, ma verrà accolto in un ambiente di lusso contemporaneo confortevole ed esclusivo al tempo stesso.

Il nostro obiettivo è quello di proporre una cucina italiana di condivisione, affiancata da un servizio sofisticato e di elevata qualità.

Per questa nuova apertura stiamo cercando personale dinamico, che vuole misurarsi in una nuova sfida ed ha una forte passione per l'ospitalità.

**Posizione**:
Il Concierge gestisce gli Ospiti fornendo sempre un servizio eccellente, superando e anticipando le aspettative dell'Ospite, rendendo il soggiorno unico nel suo genere, in accordo con la politica, gli standard e le policy della struttura, al fine di diventare punto di riferimento per gli Ospiti che avranno bisogno di assistenza o informazioni, soddisfacendo i loro desideri e richieste.

Dovrà suggerire agli Ospiti eventi, escursioni, esperienze fornendo soluzioni personalizzate fornite dall'Hotel stesso e/o dall'area circostante, pertanto dovrà conoscere alla perfezione i prodotti, i servizi e le esperienze disponibili (con i relativi prezzi).

Inoltre informerà lo staff Front Desk sulle preferenze degli Ospiti, fornendo assistenza quando richiesta.

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa da inserire dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Collaborazione con i colleghi;
- Spiccate doti di comunicazione e approccio positivo verso l'Ospite;
- Autocontrollo e sicurezza di sè;
- Empatia;
- Mind Setting rivolto alla crescita;
- Orientamento al Business;
- Esperienza pregressa nel campo in contesto simile (Hotel 5*);
- Conoscenza avanzata della Lingua Inglese (Obbligatorio - Altre Lingue Preferenziale);
- Conoscenza di Software Gestionali (Opera, Protel, ecc.) e conoscenze informatiche MSO;
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative;
- Forte propensione per la cura dei dettagli e passione per settore Hospitality.
