**Deal Advisory **è la linea di servizi di **KPMG Advisory** in cui i professionisti aiutano le imprese a creare valore valutando i rischi e le opportunità di un’operazione di finanza straordinaria, facilitando il processo nelle sue diverse fasi ed individuando i fattori critici per governare al meglio l’integrazione. Una squadra che grazie ad un know-how multidisciplinare è in grado di intervenire in ogni dimensione della transazione.
Il nostro team dedicato ai **Restructuring Services** lavora a stretto contatto con finanziatori, azionisti e manager. I nostri professionisti contribuiscono a pianificare e ad implementare azioni di ristrutturazione in grado di migliorare la performance aziendale, fornendo ai nostri clienti programmi per il cambiamento strategico, operativo e finanziario che generano valore per gli azionisti.Verrai inserito in un contesto che si caratterizza per la qualità e portata dei propri progetti, dove il tuo talento troverà la giusta valorizzazione e ti consentirà di entrare incontatto con importanti clienti nazionali e internazionali.
Nello specifico, diventerai parte del nostro Team di
**Padova e Verona **e ti potrai occupare di:
- Analisi delle performance economiche e finanziarie di società target per identificare la reale situazione finanziaria di un’impresa
- Attività “Modelling” e Business Planning
- Cash Management e Financial Planning
- Indipendent Business Review / Analisi critica di piani industriali
- Commercial and Operational Due Diligence
- Analisi di Cost Cutting e Organizational Improvement
- Laurea specialistica in ambito economico con taglio Finance/AFC e/o IngegneriaGestionale (profilo Finance)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Precedenti esperienze, anche in ambito accademico, infondi di Investimento, boutique finanziarie, società di revisione contabile ostrutturati studi commercialisti saranno considerati un plus.

Sei in grado di ispirare fiducia e guidare il cambiamento attraverso la tua motivazione e il tuo entusiasmo.
