**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The Security Documentation & Training Coordinator plays a strategic role in the identification and production of training content useful for creating and disseminating an adequate security culture, describing and formalising to all stakeholders the processes, policies, procedures and guidelines useful for guaranteeing the necessary level of security in all phases of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

**Key Deliverables**
- Security Training & Awareness:
Collaborating with security team and stakeholders in identifying security training and information needs and consequently producing the necessary material to be used during training sessions.
- Documentation Management:
According with security team and stakeholders, ensure the coordination, drafting, final approval and periodic review of all documentation necessary to regulate processes where security involvement is required.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collaborating with security team and stakeholders in data collection process for delivering the security reports, before and during Olympic and Paralympic Games.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Security Management, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in documentation management, ideally in security or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Familiarity with security protocols and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Security Management, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in documentation management, ideally in security or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Familiarity with security protocols and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
