Prestigioso gruppo ricettivo ricerca un/una professionista che trasformi ogni soggiorno in **esperienze di lusso**: Tour in yacht con skipper o in auto con driver, ristoranti, eventi.
Ruolo**:accoglienza clienti, prenotazioni (PMS/Channel), promozione e vendita esperienze, gestione Instagram/DM/WhatsApp Business**.

Cosa farai (Responsabilità)
- Accogliere gli ospiti e curare le **Guest Relations** (VIP care, problem solving, NPS).
- **Progettare e vendere** esperienze (Tour in yacht con skipper o in auto con driver, ristoranti, eventi), gestendo partner locali e commissioni.
- Gestire **prenotazioni** hotel/servizi (PMS, Channel Manager, voucher, conferme, pagamenti/caparre, report base).
- Presidiare i canali digital dell’hotel**:Instagram** (feed/reel/stories), risposta a **DM** e **WhatsApp Business**, contenuti veloci e coerenti col brand.
- Coordinare con Front Office/Back Office per rooming list, preferenze ospiti, transfer, late check-out, special request.
- Monitorare **KPI**: revenue upselling, tasso conversione richieste → prenotazioni, tempi risposta, sentiment/recensioni.

Requisiti minimi (Must-have)
- **2-5 anni** in ruoli Concierge / Guest Experience / Guest Relations in **hospitality di alto livello**.
- **Italiano & Inglese C1** (altre lingue plus).
- Dimostrabile capacità di **upselling** esperienze premium e gestione partner.
- Conoscenza operativa di **Instagram** (reel, stories, copy breve) e **WhatsApp Business**.
- Disponibilità a turni serali/weekend; focus al dettaglio, standing e comunicazione impeccabili.

- Conoscenza del territorio**:Portofino, Golfo del Tigullio, Cinque Terre**.
- Patente B.
- Conoscenza canali luxury

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione: €1.500,00 - €2.000,00 al mese

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- 16035 Rapallo: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
