**QUALITY CONTROL JUNIOR**

La risorsa collaborerà con il Quality Control Manager e il Welding coordinator.

Si occuperà di:

- Controllo e Gestione certificati materiali in arrivo per commessa e tracciabilità (marcature, report);
- Emissione, revisione e aggiornamento notifiche di collaudo e Quality Control Plan (QCP);
- Gestione pratiche certificazione SELO (Cina), ASME U-Stamp e PED (Pressure Equipment Directive);
- Controlli VT (visivo-dimensionale), PT (liquidi penetranti) e RT (interpretazione film radiografici);
- Gestione ditte esterne per NDE (controlli non distruttivi) e relativa reportistica;
- Controlli PMI (positive material identification) ferrite, spessori, spessori di verniciatura, rugosità ecc.;
- Predisposizione documentazione finale di commessa (Manufacturer Data Record);
In ambito Welding si occuperà di:

- Studio specifiche cliente ed emissione Welding Book e qualifiche procedimento;
- Gestione, emissione e mantenimento qualifiche di saldatura e saldatori;
- Gestione tarature interne strumenti e saldatrici;
- Emissione e revisione procedure di PWHT (trattamento termico);
Requisiti richiesti:

- Diploma di tipo tecnico;
- Precedente esperienza di almeno due anni in ambito qualità, preferibilmente in aziende settore caldareria;
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta;
- Conoscenza applicativi pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza AUTOCAD (livello base).

Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale il possesso di patentini relativi ai controlli non distruttivi (NDE).
