Vox S.p.A., a leading global company in the tourism industry, seeks a talented and technically adept **AI-Powered Content Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in AI tools and content management systems (CMS) to curate engaging and informative audio guides for our global audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Acquisition & Management**: Utilize advanced research techniques and AI tools to gather accurate and up-to-date information on points of interest, historical events, and local culture. Maintain a clean and organized data structure for seamless integration with the CMS.
- **Content Optimization**: Leverage AI tools for translation and content optimization across multiple languages.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Select and optimize high-quality images and audio clips to enhance the user experience within the audio guides.
- **CMS Expertise**: Possess in-depth knowledge of our CMS platform. Skillfully input, manage, and maintain all content within the CMS, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience working with AI tools and software for data analysis and content creation. Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
- **Quality Assurance**: Meticulously review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Implement quality control measures to eliminate duplicate entries and inconsistencies.
- **Testing & Improvement**: Actively participate in testing new data entry systems and CMS upgrades for functionality and efficiency. Provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work effectively with the data team and data manager to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal content delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Tourism) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Eligibility to Work in Italy: This role requires legal authorization to work within Italy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Extensive experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and content creation. Familiarity with machine learning concepts a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry software programs.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a mínimal error rate.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the tourism industry and a desire to create engaging travel experiences.
