Aventa, a specialized engineering consultancy in the energy and maritime sectors, is looking for a CAD Designer with proven experience in naval structural drafting and modeling.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in shipbuilding who are proficient in CAD software and capable of developing detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of steel structures used in marine and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for ships and other structural systems
- Translate engineering inputs into detailed structural layouts and fabrication drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with maritime engineering standards, codes, and client specifications
- Update and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, fabrication, QA)
- Assist with material, weight, and stress calculations
- Participate in site visits to verify measurements and assess feasibility

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or certification in technical drafting, structural engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in shipbuilding or offshore/naval structural drafting - this is essential
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, Ansys Modeller
- Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Italian is a plus

Location: Milan

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
