NEOWIZ is seeking a highly skilled **Production Services Manager** to join our team. This hybrid role will serve as a project management expert, driving the successful delivery of complex PC and console video games from onboarding to global platform storefronts. Acting as a full-spectrum project manager, the Production Services Manager will ensure every game meets technical and compliance requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This pivotal role involves working with diverse functional teams, including localization, QA, external partners, and platform relations, across multiple time zones. By facilitating seamless collaboration with third-party studios and internal teams, the Production Services Manager will ensure that NEOWIZ’s expanding portfolio of games is delivered flawlessly to players around the world.

**Key Responsibility**:

- ** Release Management**:

- Assist with certification, patch submissions and storefront page management for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
- Facilitate the production process, ensuring games are successfully onboarded, developed, and delivered to global platform storefronts.
- Ensure alignment across all production activities, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.

Game Project Management**:

- Assist in reviewing development milestones and providing guidance to the developers to ensure adherence to the development schedule.
- Partner with the Senior Production Services Manager to ensure all project goals align with NEOWIZ’s strategic objectives and timelines.
- ** International Collaboration**:

- Act as the main contact point for internal studios and help facilitate communication with Western counterparts.
- Utilize remote-friendly tools and processes to foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

QA and Compliance**:

- Coordinate functional QA, compliance QA, and localization QA processes to ensure high-quality, bug-free products.
- Monitor certification processes for all platforms, ensuring adherence to technical standards and compliance guidelines.

- Support localization efforts, ensuring culturally relevant adaptations for global markets.
- Oversee voiceover recording sessions, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality audio assets.

Platform Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform holders, acting as the secondary production liaison for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
- Stay informed on platform-specific technical and submission requirements, ensuring NEOWIZ’s projects meet all standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in game production or project management, with a strong focus on PC and console game delivery.
- Expertise in platform compliance processes, first-party certification standards, and production workflows for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
- Experience managing international teams and workflows across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and first-party platform tools (e.g., PlayStation TRCs, Xbox XR certifications).
- Experience managing localization, QA, and VO pipelines for AA or high-profile indie games.
