Euronext Technology Solutions is seeking to give new impetus to its Team. To achieve this, a new organisation structure has been implemented to reflect the increased product depth and cross-sales ambitions of ETS going forward. The Pre-Sales/Sales role in the Technology space is a key role to achieve this mission, focused on increasing the client base.

The Company is focused on enhancing its customer orientation, which has created a global drive to improve our technology coverage, engagement and overall customer satisfaction through strengthening the quality of our technology offerings. Pre-Sales/Sales will deliver commercial & technical expertise across ETS’s suite of core products in the trading space to help members and non-members in achieving their goals.

The role will report directly to the Head of Euronext Technology Solutions and will be tasked with identifying and soliciting potential clients, promoting sales to existing ones, assessing client's needs and recommending the appropriate solution to participants across multiple asset classes, leveraging contacts & product/service knowledge to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible presence for the Sales team, leading the day-to-day pre-sales and sales engagement with prospect and existing customers:

- Deliver energy/urgency to the role and team through leveraging own sales expertise & key contacts and working to position ETS as a valued & collaborative technology partner in the eyes of our potential and existing clients
- Provide our clients with best in class technology and inform/educate them on Euronext’s value proposition and strategic position
- Actively seek to improve the trading life cycle of our clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Euronext to maximize internal & external collaboration across Euronext’s product/service offerings & ensure high levels of customer service & responsiveness
- Define and execute strategic technical solutions for clients seeking to enlarge client base
- Proactively manage client/prospect relationships aiming for the highest level of satisfaction, working with the team & Business Units to offer value added, insightful and strategic solutions to maximize business generated
- Deliver significant contributions to Euronext’s customer intelligence framework in order to enable better understanding of clients, their emerging needs and issues as well as how they interact with both end-clients and trading platforms
- Deepen customer relationships through gathering, analyzing and sharing of insights and intelligence
- Assist with oversight of post-sale and on-boarding stages providing effective handover of the client to the technical/professional/business team as well as all necessary internal stakeholders
- Develop market and product knowledge of all markets, products & services offered by Euronext to engage with clients effectively across all available products/services
- Maintain an active and up to date knowledge base of the broad technical environment and engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the organization is well placed to leverage on core differentiators whilst ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
