The Level Group è alla ricerca di una risorsa proattiva, organizzata e curiosa da inserire nel proprio team con il ruolo di **Junior Logistics Specialist**.

Cerchiamo qualcuno che abbia voglia di imparare sul campo, si muova con agilità tra attività operative e supporto ai processi, e sappia affrontare con energia le sfide quotidiane di un contesto dinamico e in crescita.

In questo ruolo, ti occuperai di supportare le attività logistiche legate ai canali B2C (eCommerce e marketplace) e B2B (retail e wholesale), collaborando con i nostri partner logistici esterni e interni per garantire operazioni fluide ed efficienti.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Supportare la gestione dei flussi di trasporto e delle spedizioni nazionali e internazionali
- Collaborare quotidianamente con i magazzini esterni (3PL) per garantire l’esecuzione delle attività
- Monitorare il corretto avanzamento degli ordini (B2C e B2B) fino alla consegna
- Gestire le attività operative connesse a corrieri, spedizioni, resi e dogane
- Raccogliere dati e KPI per il monitoraggio delle performance logistiche

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in ambito logistico, supply chain o affini
- Spirito pratico, curiosità, velocità di apprendimento e voglia di fare
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Dimestichezza con Excel e strumenti digitali
- Disponibilità a spostamenti regolari nei pressi di Milano per visite ai magazzini
- Passione per l’eCommerce e interesse per il mondo della logística
