Per conto di un'importante realtà impegnata nella ricerca, sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti farmaceutici e parafarmaceutici, siamo alla ricerca di un _Business Development & Contract Manufacturing Organization_ sulla zona di **Pisa**.

**Responsabilità**:

- _ Ricerca e Sviluppo Contratti_: identificare e stabilire contatti con aziende potenziali per la gestione e realizzazione di contratti di manufacturing per la produzione conto terzi;
- _ Analisi Capacità Produttive_: effettuare un'analisi approfondita delle capacità delle linee produttive del nostro sito, con un focus sulle varie forme farmaceutiche per individuare, insieme all’azienda, le forme farmaceutiche su cui effettuare gli investimenti futuri dell’azienda;
- _ Valutazione del Mercato_: studiare il mercato delle forme farmaceutiche per comprendere le specializzazioni dei siti produttivi concorrenti e identificare le aree di miglioramento per rendere il sito aziendale più competitivo;
- _ Networking e Presentazione Aziendale_: rappresentare l’azienda nei confronti di potenziali partner commerciali, presentando in maniera efficace le capacità produttive e le aree di competenza del sito produttivo;
- _ Gestione della Clientela e Trattative Commerciali_: condurre negoziazioni, redigere proposte commerciali e gestire le relazioni con i clienti attuali e potenziali.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza di ameno 5 anni in un ruolo tecnico/commerciale all'interno di aziende farmaceutiche, con una conoscenza approfondita della produzione di farmaci;
- Laurea in CTF, Farmacia, Ingegneria Chimica, Biotecnologie e Lauree affini;
- Background Tecnico: conoscenza delle diverse tecnologie e delle linee produttive per le varie forme farmaceutiche (compresse, capsule, liquidi, ecc.);
- Competenze commerciali, quali l'abilità nell’identificazione di opportunità di mercato, gestione della clientela e negoziazione;
- Capacità analitiche, quali la capacità di comprendere e analizzare il mercato, identificando trend e opportunità per incrementare la competitività aziendale;
- Flessibilità e Disponibilità a Trasferte;
- Ottime capacità di Comunicazione;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
