**Company Profile**
Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details. In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 5 meeting rooms.
The property is part of Marriott International which is the world's largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.
We are looking for a Reservations & Events Agent.
**Main tasks**
- Organize internal events and promote cultural activities in line with the Brand.
- Ensure groups and events are booked and converted in line with the hotel's strategy.
- Prepare all relevant BEO paperwork and ensure that all the information are communicated to the other departments.
- Organize all the aspects of the Groups and Events processes, from the contract to pre-event logistics.
- On site events management, post event follows-up and billing.
- Maximize customer satisfaction in order to ensure return of business.
- In charge of individual and group bookings and assist the reservations team.
**What we are looking for**:
- Service focused personality is essential and guest-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English.
- Knowledge of Marriott Standards or other international brands.
- Knowledge of PMS Opera.
- Good Excel skills and experience of Outlook and Word
- Previous experience of at least 1 year is required.
