Il Team è alla ricerca di un/una Pastry Chef che si occuperà di coordinare, supervisionare e motivare la brigata di pasticceria, mantenendo altissimi standard di qualità e creatività.

**_ Principali Attività:_**
- Gestione completa della sezione pasticceria, supervisionando la preparazione di dolci, biscotti, cioccolatini, piccola pasticceria e altri prodotti da distribuire nei vari outlets dell’hotel
- Garantire la selezione e il controllo delle materie prime, assicurandosi della loro qualità e corretto stoccaggio
- Coordinamento e organizzazione del servizio pasticceria, definendo e mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi
- Supporto strategico al reparto panetteria quando necessario.
- Gestione del team, con attenzione alla formazione e al miglioramento continuo delle competenze professionali della brigata
- Monitoraggio dell’efficienza operativa e della pulizia del reparto, assicurando il rispetto delle normative HACCP e delle linee guida aziendali
- Collaborazione attiva con l’Executive Chef e altri reparti per creare esperienze gastronomiche eccezionali

**_ Profilo:_**
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in una posizione simile, con una comprovata esperienza in ruoli di leadership nel settore della pasticceria di alta gamma
- Capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti e approccio proattivo, con una forte attitudine al problem solving
- Eccellenti doti organizzative, di coordinamento e di gestione del personale
- Passione per la pasticceria di alta qualità e attenzione ai dettagli
