For 40 years we have been producing luxury furniture, especially in the outdoor sector, and solutions for the storage of medicines. Today we export 60% of our overall production and our products are marketed on 3 continents.

With the aim of strengthening our Organization, we are recruiting a

**Personal Assistant to COO with sales attitude**

You will play a key role supporting the management of a wide range of advanced administrative and sales activities and tasks.

**Main responsibilities**:
To manage the COO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

To prepare and coordinate materials for board meetings and other executive functions.

To act as a liaison between the COO and the rest of the Family.

To draft, review, and manage correspondence setting priorities, reports, and presentations.

To facilitate effective communication within the team of the organization.

To willing to work with people with patience, empathy and adaptability

To provide personal support to the COO, managing personal tasks and activities efficiently.

To manage commercial contacts with Italian and foreign customers, reporting directly to the COO

To help in changing the managing software ( for three months we need help to improve and transfer customers-products database from the old software to the new one)

**Requirements**:
5 years of experience

Native/Fluent Italian/English (written and spoken C2)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must, particularly proficiency of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel (including Worksheets, Graphics, Creating Formulas, Creating Charts, Tables)

Self-starting, self-confidence, assertiveness, and sensitivity

Ability to manage a high volume of work, multi-task, and be resourceful in finding answers with little information.

Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to interact & collaborate effectively with others.

Proactive mind-set with a pragmatic can-do attitude

Supportive, approachable & strong team player

Trustworthy, and ability to deal with confidential matters

Able to work under time pressure and highly flexible

**Our offer**:
Open ended contract, after a three-months probationary period

Contract: CNNL PMI Industria

Level: 3

De facto remuneration ( gross salary): around 1800€, on 13 months.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €1.450,00 - €1.550,00 al mese
