- Your responsibilities and tasks:

- Gestione di un team di 8-10 tecnici ,
- Sviluppo formativo dei tecnici, controllo ore e qualità dei report di assistenza
- Primo contatto con la clientela per richieste tecniche legate al Field Service
- Input per la pianificazione dei tecnici
- Gettare le basi per la creazione di un help-desk interno, anche attraverso connessione digitale
- Gestione assistenza e prima diagnosi da remoto
- Apertura tickets per problematiche tecniche
- Sopralluoghi dai clienti quando necessario
- Interfaccia tra Service e New Machine Sales per i KOM e per la gestione di avviamenti e garanzie

Your profile and qualifications:

- Background tecnico (diploma perito meccanico o meccatronico, o laurea triennale) con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in aziende metalmeccaniche strutturate
- Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico, preferibile capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici
- Autorevolezza ed esperienza nella gestione e coordinazione di un team
- Buon livello della lingua inglese, minimo B2
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi
- Senso pratico, flessibilità, gestione tempestiva delle priorità ,capacità di problem solving, resistenza allo stress, buone e consolidate capacità comunicative
- Residente in zona Parma o provincia
- Predisposizione per il lavoro in team
- Time management: corretta gestione delle priorità e delle scadenze in un ambiente dinamico e sfidante
