Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products. **Job Description**: Our central quality department is looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated person to join the Compact Hydraulic business unit global quality team. The resource, reporting directly to the Business Unit global Quality Manager, will act in a ISO 9001:2015 environment and will manage product quality related activities in all involved production facilities with main focus on lead plants in Italy and additional plants located in EU and extra EU as well (e.g. China, US, etc.). Main responsibilities will be: Problem Solving Coach: trains and coaches employees (including managers) in regards of sustainable problem solving methodology and qualifies Problem Solving Experts. Applies root cause analysis adopting the relevant tools (e.g. 5why, Ishikawa, etc.), ensures clarification of technical and managerial root causes. Supports the team in case of relevant internal/external complaints. Cleanliness specialist and project leader: supports Business Unit strategy for hydraulic cleanliness improvement across the complete values stream. Performs internal cleanliness process audits. Defines plan for cleanliness product audits. Acts as interface to the customers in case of cleanliness related external audits and complaints. Measurement & Calibration coordinator: maintains and updates calibration procedures within the Quality Management System, performs statistical analysis (capability studies, MSA, etc.), monitors KPIs related to calibration process, takes parts to Internal/External system audits. **Qualifications**: **What distinguishes you?** **Education**: Master degree in engineering Knowledge of hydraulic cleanliness principles is highly appreciated. **Working method**: You will work in a structured and reliable environment with a great initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude. **Personality**: You are a dynamic, goal-oriented person, with a strong proactive approach and very good relationship skills including interpersonal, verbal communication, strong empathy, networking and team building skills. You are passionate and interested in dealing with sustainable problem solving. **Languages**: Mandatory fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.
