About the Job:
As a Global Account Manager OE, you will be responsible for growing in a sustainable and profitable way TWS OEM business in your assigned global portfolio of OE Customers and Product Segments.

Reporting to the Global OE Director, you will have the key mission of consolidating existing relationships with our current customers, catching new business opportunities, and upgrading our go-to-market strategies.

Entrepreneurial spirit combined with leadership skills, data-driven mindset and a strong commercial acumen are key to succeed in this visible role with a tremendous impact on the Company business and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage 360° relationship with Global OEMs operating in AG, CON or MH Industries.
- Design and develop global account strategy to leverage TWS sales and profitability
- Perform pre sales activities to identify business opportunities; coordinate internal stakeholders to design and sell the adequate product and service offer
- Negotiate long term agreement when appropriate, to support TWS positions
- Manage pricing, quotations, and follow up on execution
- Review customer’s demand/forecast, analyze and explain deviations
- Support supply chain processes, from demand review to execution
- Review and analyze sales results, propose and implement corrective actions when required
- Coordinate Key Account Managers network, to align internal teams on both long term strategy and operational actions
- Benchmark best practices and contribute to the progress of OE team
