Internship in Sustainability, Safety, Health and

**Position Snapshot**

**Position Summary**

The Intern will support the SHE&Sustainability Team of Nespresso Italiana S.p.A. in the implementation and monitoring of the integrated Safety, Health & Environmental Management System (according to the Standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and related activities and he/she will support capsules recycling process management and activities linked to Sustainability. The Intern will work in close collaboration with the other corporate organizational functions, with the Boutique Channel and with third parties.

**Main Tasks**:

- **Safety, Health and Environment**
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the integrated Safety, Health & Environmental Management System (according to the Standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001);
- Supporting the internal auditing process for the Boutiques in Italian territory and the implementation of the related action plan and follow-up for the resolution of the critical issues highlighted, under a “continuous improvement” approach
- Tracking and monitoring the KPIs related to Health & Safety initiatives within Headquarter and Boutiques
- Supporting the deployment of Safety Leadership Projects for the Boutique Channel, in order to spread Health and Safety culture within the entire organization, in compliance with internal standards and procedures
- Supporting in the monitoring of mandatory training activities for the Boutique channel (Safety at Work, First Aid, Fire prevention)
- **Sustainability**
- Supporting the Headquarter and Boutique channel in managing environmental issues, such as the management of exhausted capsules and electrical and electronic equipment, being able to interact with third parties
- Supporting the reporting activities related to the recycling process, with an eye on how to improve them
- Supporting the team with report and presentation regarding our activities

**Your background and your skills**
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Computer literacy, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Basic knowledge about health and safety management systems, recycling processes and plants in Italy
- Proactivity and reliability;
- Good communication skills, curiosity, results orientation, innovation spirit and flexibility will complete your profile.
