CUSTOMER SERVICE ESTERO- Lingua Inglese e Francese

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- contatto con i clienti;
- gestione degli ordini;
;
- supporto ufficio commerciale

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea ad indirizzo linguistico /o affini;
- Gradita esperienza in ambito Customer Service/Back Office Commerciale. Saranno valutati positivamente profili senza esperienza con iniziale inserimento in stage;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (C1) e francese (C1) sia scritta che parlata;
- Buona conoscenzaPacchetto Office

- Ottime capacità comunicative e di rapporto con il cliente;
- Problem Solving;
- Capacità di Pianificazione
- Team Working

**Si offre**:
