**About us**:
**About the role**:
Ruby Labs seeks a Head of Product & Growth Manager to drive product value and revenue optimization. You'll be directly responsible for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance. This role offers full autonomy in product strategy with clear KPIs: improving user retention, maximizing revenue per user, and enhancing product value through data-driven decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and optimize key metrics: retention, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV.
- Develop and execute retention strategies across all product stages.
- Design and implement value-adding features and monetization opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing program focused on revenue and retention optimization.
- Analyze user behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and optimize user engagement and re-engagement strategies.
- Develop premium features and upsell opportunities.
- Manage product pricing and subscription strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute revenue-driving initiatives.
- Oversee UI/UX initiatives ensuring consistency and reusability of components.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in product management of subscription-based products with focus on retention/revenue.
- Proven track record of improving ARPU/ARPPU metrics.
- Strong experience in subscription business models.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based design systems.
- Deep understanding of retention metrics and optimization strategies.
- Expertise in A/B testing and revenue optimization.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.

**Nice to have**:

- Background in EdTech or assessment products.
- Background in premium/subscription products.
- International market experience.
