DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION: Energy Carriers Tendering (TENEC) - **Benchmarking Specialist**

As **Benchmmarking Specialist** you will join our Department of Tendering, in the business line Energy Carriers and provides the Proposal Manager with the best cost references to support the cost estimation process with benchmarking analysis
**Tasks**
- Identify the key performance metrics to benchmark the cost estimates developed during bidding phase collecting and integrating data from different data sources.
- Analyze data and graphically represent the result of the analysis
- Design the most suitable reports to communicate in a clear way the results of the analysis highlighting the recommendations identified by the benchmarking analysis.
- Develop cost databases dedicated to the main commodities (for material and services) to monitor the general market trends
**QUALIFICATION**:Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree qualified
**KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE**:B2/C1
**LABOUR RELATIONSHIP**:permanent contract
**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:
- 3 years experience whit knowledge of general economic topics (Revenues, OPEX, CAPEX etc.) and of the different methodologies and techniques used for a correct benchmarking analysis.
- Basic use of power query, power BI or equivalent
- Advanced use of excel
**SOFT SKILLS**: Strong attitude to work in a multicultural environment and in team.
**LOCATION**: Milano HO. **Availability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad**
