Per una storica e strutturata realtà multinazionale multibusiness, siamo alla ricerca di un **TECHNICAL SALES (Area IMPIANTI MECCANICI)**.

La risorsa risponderà direttamente al Solution Development Coordinator e supporterà il Sales Manager nelle attività di valutazione, sotto il profilo tecnico-economico, delle opere a progetto consistenti in commesse di costruzione di impianti tecnologici.

**Responsabilità e attività**:

- Esaminare i progetti a vario titolo forniti dai clienti (preliminari, definitivi, esecutivi)
- Eseguire audit tecnici con il cliente per favorire l’incontro tra la domanda della committenza e la proposta dell’azienda
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori ed eventuali subappaltatori per gli approfondimenti sulle soluzioni impiantistiche, i materiali ed i cicli di lavoro da proporre
- Concretizzare la “value engineering” tramite un’analisi sistematica delle soluzioni impiantistiche e delle attività indirette e collaterali per ridurre il costo complessivo delle opere
- Verificare la conformità normativa, la completezza e l’esaustività del progetto ai fini della cantierizzazione
- Esaminare i Capitolati per la definizione técnica delle opere complementari non trasferite sugli elaborati grafici

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea ad indirizzo Energetico, Meccanico o Civile, e gradita specializzazione termotécnica
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo e/o nella progettazione e/o realizzazione di impianti di climatizzazione, idraulici, di scarico e antincendio in ambito appalti pubblici e privati
- Buona conoscenza strumenti di calcolo per impianti HVAC/MEP
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (Upper Intermediate)
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio Nazionale
