Private Equity Associate

**_What will your challenge be? _**

As an Associate you will join our team dedicated to Private Equity, with a specific focus on Business Development. You will be involved in supporting the executives in go-to-market activities, such as organization of meetings with the main investment and operating partners of private equity funds, preparation of commercial presentations and other organizational support activities.

**K**ey Responsibilities**:

- Support in organizing meetings with funds and potential clients
- Preparation of commercial presentations, credential slides, and marketing materials
- Collection and analysis of information on funds, targets, and relevant transactions

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields (recent graduate or final-year student available full-time)
- Strong interest in Private Equity, consulting, and M&A transactions
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and curiosity
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
