COMPANY PROFILE:

- **Technical Accounting**:

- Analysis of complex transactions to define a preliminary proposal of the proper accounting treatment under both IFRS and US GAAP
- Preparation of the “white papers” required to document the accounting treatments adopted
- Continuous analysis of the new accounting standards and interpretations (IFRS and US GAAP) issued by the entitled institutions (IASB, EFRAG, FASB, SEC, ) to assess any impact on the Group’s financial statements;
- Coordination of the new accounting standards and interpretations implementation in the Group’s financial statements under IFRS, including the preparation of proper instructions for the Group’s entities and the support to Consolidation Department to implement any change to the reporting system, when needed.

1.5 Develop and execute quarterly and annual control reviews and documentation for areas within the responsibility of the Technical Accounting group.
- **External Reporting**
- Working with other Team members in the preparation of the Group’s financial statements under IFRS and Dutch law requirements (Annual Report, Semi-Annual report and Quarterly reports) for final external release and filing to SEC and AFM, in particular making a quality review of the draft of the documents and preparing some critical disclosures, assuring consistency with the external reporting prepared under US GAAP;
- Working with other Team members in the preparation and review of the Group’s Earnings Release (on a quarterly basis) for external release.

2.3 Serve as a liaison with internal and external audit regarding audit management and issue remediation.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Master Degree in Accounting / Finance or Management Engineering
- Experience of 5 years minimum, ideally in an international industrial group.
- Excellent accounting knowledge (IFRS/Local GAAP). Knowledge of US GAAP and Group Reporting-Expertise is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills: Ms Excel, Ms Access, SAP (MM, FI, CO), Hyperion (HFM Genius), VBA.
- Proficient in English. Other European languages, for example German, French, and Spanish, are appreciated.
